These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RVASolutions.com, MainHub NEXUS, and all services provided by Affordable Advertising Solutions LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our websites or using our digital, hosting, AI, automation, or marketing services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services.

 

1. Scope of Services

Affordable Advertising Solutions LLC provides a multi‑service digital and AI‑powered platform, including:

1.1 AI & Automation Services (MainHub NEXUS)

  • AI‑generated content

  • Automated social media publishing

  • Workflow automation

  • AI chatbots, voice receptionists, and SMS lead reactivation

  • Business intelligence dashboards

  • Partner/Affiliate Program

1.2 Web & Hosting Services

  • Website design and development (Oxygen Builder, WordPress, custom builds)

  • Managed hosting

  • Domain registration and DNS management

  • Security monitoring and backups (where applicable)

1.3 Marketing Services

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Social Media Management (SMM)

  • Paid advertising management

  • Video marketing and content creation

We may update or expand our service offerings at any time.

 

2. Use of AI and Automated Tools

2.1 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our AI systems, agents, or automation tools to create or distribute:

  • Spam or mass unsolicited messages

  • Deepfakes or deceptive impersonations

  • Content that violates Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google, or other platform policies

  • Illegal, harmful, or misleading content

  • Automated abuse or platform manipulation

2.2 Accuracy & Human Review

AI‑generated content may contain inaccuracies. You acknowledge that:

  • AI output should be reviewed by a human before publishing

  • You are responsible for the final content you publish

  • We are not liable for errors, omissions, or platform penalties resulting from AI‑generated content

 

3. Hosting, Domains & Renewals

3.1 Uptime

We strive for 99.9% uptime, but hosting is provided “as‑is” and may experience interruptions.

3.2 Renewals

You are responsible for:

  • Domain renewals

  • Hosting renewals

  • Email renewals (if applicable)

Failure to renew may result in:

  • Immediate suspension

  • Permanent data loss

  • Loss of domain ownership

3.3 Backups

Backups are provided only if included in your plan. We are not responsible for data loss if backups are not part of your service tier.

 

4. Payments, Billing & Stripe

4.1 Payment Processing

All payments for services, subscriptions, and affiliate payouts are processed securely through Stripe.

Stripe may collect:

  • Credit card details

  • Bank account information

  • Tax information (for affiliate payouts)

We do not store full credit card numbers, bank credentials, or tax documents on our servers.

4.2 Billing

Services may be billed:

  • Monthly

  • Annually

  • Per‑project

  • As a one‑time setup fee

4.3 Late Payments

Failure to pay may result in:

  • Suspension of services

  • Removal of hosting

  • Loss of access to MainHub NEXUS

  • Termination of automation workflows

4.4 Refunds

Due to the nature of digital and AI services, all payments are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

5. Third‑Party Integrations & APIs

Our services rely on third‑party platforms, including but not limited to:

  • Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads)

  • Pinterest

  • Google

  • LinkedIn

  • OpenAI / AI model providers

  • Hosting providers

  • Payment processors (Stripe)

We are not liable for:

  • API outages

  • Platform policy changes

  • Account restrictions or bans

  • Loss of access due to third‑party actions

You must comply with all third‑party terms, including Meta Developer Terms, when using MainHub NEXUS.

 

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Company IP

The following are the exclusive property of Affordable Advertising Solutions LLC:

  • MainHub NEXUS platform

  • Custom Oxygen Builder designs

  • Proprietary workflows, automations, and AI agents

  • Branding, logos, and system architecture

6.2 Client IP

You retain ownership of:

  • Your raw data

  • Your uploaded content

  • Your business information

You grant us a license to process this data solely for service delivery.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for loss of SEO rankings, social media reach, ad performance, or data loss

  • We are not liable for damages caused by third‑party platforms or AI model behavior

  • We are not liable for downtime, hosting interruptions, or domain expiration

  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 30 days

You agree to use our services at your own risk.

 

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any service if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You engage in automated abuse

  • You fail to pay invoices

  • You misuse AI tools

  • You violate third‑party platform policies

Upon termination, access to MainHub NEXUS and hosted services may be revoked immediately.

 

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
